The keynote address, prestented by Dr. Debra B. Waldron, will provide an overview of the increasing emphasis in child health to address children’s healthy development from a whole child perspective and the particular importance for doing so to address health disparities - by socioeconomic status, race, language, culture and geography. It will offer suggestions on how the current Off to a Good Start Coalition recommendations might be informed by the emerging emphasis upon this whole child, social determinants approach.

Please note that event registration onsite opens at 8:30 am with light refreshments.  The event welcome will start promptly at 9:00 am.
